Description:
Originally the pool was not going to be built until 2010. A visit to the Sallmann company by the Priebe family in autumn 2009, however, changed the long-term plans completely. The whole family was so taken with the demonstration pool that they decided to push construction forward to spring 2009. They could take advantage of a frost in February to carry out preliminary construction tasks. Excavation work was started during the first warm spring days. Large sandstone slabs were used to screen the pool from the neighbors’ view, which provided an attractive and protected garden corner. Shortly before the pool was finished the Priebe family went on vacation. They returned to find their pool completed, and found that they could continue their vacation at home.
