Description:
Motivated by several successful natural pool projects in the province of Carinthia, the community decided to convert its ageing outdoor public pool into a Natural Pool.
Renovation also included redesigning all the empty spaces and the snack bar building. To replace the mini golf course a beach volleyball court was built.
Concerning the pool itself , the Swimming Area was expanded and the concrete surfaces surrounding the pool were replaced with wooden docks. The newly created regeneration zones and a Plant Filter system assure perfect water quality.
A non-swimmer's area with pebble beach and a small children's section with an artificial brook were provided for the youngest guests. Young people can swing into the water as "Tarzan and Jane" by means of a swinging rope.
